In 2001, Lori Grimmett described her unique art as a "Paintography," combining her decades of experience as a photographer and fine art painter. Each original piece is based on one of her original artworks and then hand-painted on canvas.

Creating a Paintography
CREATED TWICE
Lori's unique process begins with one of her photographs or digitally created artworks, which are then hand-painted onto canvas. Choosing from any of Lori's current artwork allows the buyer to know what the final image will look like while also providing the value and uniqueness of a one-of-a-kind painting.
TIME
Please be patient; these paintings can take up to four months to create, paint, cure, ship, and arrive at your door, yet their lasting effect on your heart and the amazement of your guests will live on for years to come.
Each painting is custom-made and hand-painted explicitly for you.
Paintography Prices
All Paintography fine art paintings are framed and ready to hang.
Please let me know if you prefer a wrapped canvas (instead of a frame).
Prices may change at any time and typically increase by 10% each year (on January 1st),
making your art investment more valuable over time.
