I am an award-winning and internationally published photographer, writer, and artist with a passion for all things creative. For me, art is an emotionally fulfilling journey, an opportunity to witness and capture inspiring moments in God’s wondrous creation and to pass that inspiration on to others.

Artistic Mediums

Glowography

In 2007, Lori Grimmett coined the term "Glowography," meaning "writing with glowing light." Each original piece is hand-painted and glows in the dark -- in vibrant colors -- for up to 12 hours!

Impasto

Impasto painting is an Italian term meaning "paint as thick as paste."

In 2001, Lori Grimmett decided to take Impasto paintings to the next level.

More than thick paint or a small amount of texture, she adds paint so thick that it rises off the canvas with an almost sculptural quality.

These masterpieces are a sight to behold as they contain the depth and interest of a sculpture.

With paint so thick, viewers often can't help but reach out and touch its uniqueness!
